The Spice Life Refunds/Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Policies

REFUNDS & RETURNS

The Spice Life presently does not offer refunds or returns on courses or course materials.

EXCHANGES

We only replace course materials if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@thespicelife.com along with photos of the damaged items in the condition they were discovered (ie. in the box they were shipped in along with the other course materials).

We will then ship you replacements for the damaged items.

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

SHIPPING

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We presently ship to addresses and PO boxes.

Domestic Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship using Canada Post Expedited parcel service which has an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Domestic Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

If requested, we can send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

To request a shipping confirmation, please reply to your order confirmation or send us an email to orders@thespicelife.com.

International Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates

The Spice Life ships internationally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship using Canada Post Expedited parcel service. Delivery time is dependant on country of order.

Estimates for delivery time can be calculated via the Canada Post website. For the online form, change the destination to “International” and use 31cm x 5cm x 6cm for the dimensions & 900g for the weight.

International Shipping Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Spice Life is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Spice Life is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, see our Exchanges Policy above.

We currently do not ship replacements for damaged course materials outside of Canada.
